DisplayPort – HDMI

DisplayPort to HDMI adapter cables (or vice versa) are often used to connect a computer with DisplayPort output to a flat screen TV with HDMI input.

However, the cables also have many other applications and are sometimes available with the opposite signal direction, i.e. from HDMI to DisplayPort.

Note: Be aware that the signal direction must be right, as the cables and adapters in this section usually only go in one direction.
