Twenty-five years ago, in a small space in the heart of Sønderborg, Ronni Søby founded Denmark's first webshop for custom-made cables. Today, AV-Connection is one of the country's leading independent retailers of Hi-Fi, home theater equipment, and AV accessories – for both private and business customers.
We were there at the beginning of online shopping when buying cables and AV equipment online was still a matter of great trust. That is why we were also among the first to achieve
e-mark certification in 2004, while our passion for Hi-Fi and home theaters allowed us to expand our product range. In 2007, we opened our first store in Sønderborg, and in 2009, a large store followed in Odense, where sound and picture quality truly took center stage.
While many companies today automate customer service and logistics with artificial intelligence and robots, we have taken a different approach from day one. For us, personal advice and high-quality service are the keys to success. That’s why we prioritize customer interaction highly, and professional, attentive, and knowledgeable guidance will always be an irreplaceable part of AV-Connection’s DNA.
The market has changed significantly over the past 25 years, but our mission remains the same: To create a webshop and store environment where anyone with an interest in audio and visual equipment feels welcome. We continuously adapt our product range to current trends and always keep products in stock at competitive prices.
