About the Klipsch Reference Premiere II seriesThe sequel to the extremely popular and successful Reference Premiere series is ready for battle in the form of the second generation. All the speakers in the Reference Premiere II series have a wide range of upgrades and improvements over their predecessors. We find, among other things, an updated Tractrix horn, better cabinet design, upgraded bass/midrange units and smart built-in cabling for Dolby Atmos in the floor-standing speakers. The well-known Tractrix horns from Klipsch have been overhauled in both design and size so that the well-known Klipsch sound has become even more noticeable and the spread on the speakers better. The cabinets for the speakers in the Reference Premiere II series have also undergone small design changes, which lift the entire series to new heights visually. The bass/midrange units have been overhauled technically so that they now reproduce the deep frequencies even better than before, and at the same time are able to handle more power. This has been made possible via an "Aluminum Shorting Ring" which eliminates distortion inside the unit and at the same time acts as a cooling profile for the swivel coil. All the technologies mentioned above can be found in all of the new models in the Reference Premiere II series. Specifications:
