Go Pod: Portable reference 24bit / 96kHZ Bluetooth DAC headphone amplifier from ifi AUDIO The portable headphones of the smallest type IEM's (In-Ear-Monitors) are practical, but the sound quality is often somewhat behind the quality that larger headphones can deliver. ifi Audio is now changing that with their portable headphone amplifiers, the GO pod. What is Go pod? GO pod is a set of amplifiers that you connect to your IEMs and which are easily placed behind the ear. The procedure is simple; Remove the cable from your IEMs and connect the device to the right and left channels of the GO pod. Pair the GO pod with your phone, for example, and place the GO pod firmly behind your ear. The result is a unique stereo sound quality (True wireless stereo). ifi Audio GO pod are the first devices to support 96kHz / 24bit with LDAC Qualcomm Snapdragon sound (aptX Adaptive) Bluetooth codec on TWS (True Wireless Stereo). Talk freely via GO Pod The built-in microphone uses Qualcomm's cVc technology to suppress surrounding noise. The result is a clear and distinct voice reproduction from the GO pod, regardless of whether you are talking on a hands-free phone, on a video call, talking with your device or playing an online game. Wireless charging The GO pod is delivered in a nice storage box that also functions as a charger. A 1500mAH battery is built into the box and a pair of GO pods can play up to 7 hours on a single charge. With the box's built-in battery, you can use the GO pod for up to 35 hours. The box supports both Qi wireless charging and USB-C fast charging. Withstands being used GO pod is designed to be robust and durable, but at the same time comfortable and light - each pod weighs only 12 grams. The ear straps are ergonomically shaped and malleable to fit around your ears, while the pods are water and sweat resistant (IPX5 rated). Wearing them to the gym or in the rain is no problem. Can be connected to all IEMs GO pod comes with MMCX and 2-pin IEM connector. Connection to Pentaconn T2 and A2DC connector can be ordered separately. That flexibility makes it possible to use the GO pod together with virtually all IEMs on the market.
