Marshall Woburn III highlights:• The largest Marshall loudspeaker• Bluetooth 5.2 aptX technology • Iconic Marshall Design • Marshall Bluetooth App • Customize your sound yourself Inputs: • 3.5 mm MiniJack • RCA Phono • HDMI Woburn III has an even wider soundstage than its predecessor and, as the largest speaker in the home line-up, it brings the heaviest sound. This generation of Woburn has been re-engineered with a new three-way driver system, with a lower-tuned and more powerful 6" woofer in a bass-reflex cabinet, two 3/4" tweeters and the addition of two 2" midrange drivers. This updated system delivers greater clarity in the midrange, crisp treble and more controlled bass that is so low it nearly reaches the lowest frequency perceivable by the human ear. Angled tweeters and updated waveguides have been added to deliver a consistently solid sound that is so wide it chases you around the room. The all-new Placement Compensation feature corrects for any nearby reflective surfaces that may affect the sound and, since our perception of frequency changes according to the sound level, built-in Dynamic Loudness adjusts the tonal balance of the sound - this ensures your music sounds brilliant at every volume. When the sun goes down, connect to your TV with HDMI and activate Night Mode - this reduces louder sounds while ensuring quiet sounds are still audible and keeps the neighbours happy. This heavyweight is guaranteed to fill any space with immersive, home-shaking Marshall signature sound.

Marshall Amplification was founded in London in 1962 by drummer and store owner Jim Marshall - later nicknamed The Father of Loud. The starting point for the company was in amplifiers, primarily for guitars, and the driving force came from, among other things. Pete Townshend from The Who during some of his visits to Jim's business complained his distress over the amplifiers of the time did not have the sound he was looking for.
From this lament, the characteristic Marshall "crunch" sound was born, and became fundamental to the way rock, and the musicians of this genre evolved.
Marshall is probably the most easily recognizable amplifier brand ever. There is hardly a scene where Marshall has not been represented over time, and many of rock's most iconic albums have been recorded with Marshall equipment.
In recent times, where music devices and lifestyles go hand in hand, Marshall has becode a brand of active Bluetooh speakers and headphones (under license through another manufacturer, Zound Industries). Of course, in these products one also finds hints of what the epitome of Marshall is, both in design and sound.
