Smart speakers with voice control

Smart speakers nowadays come in a lot of different shades, shapes, and sizes. Whether you are looking for a small speaker for the desk/shelf or a full-grown smart floor speaker, you can find it with us. What makes a smart speaker "smart" is that it is possible to control it via your phone on an application, or even talk to it - the latter, however, is not a matter of course on all models.

Some of the newer smart speakers have support for Alexa and Google Assistant, which means you can talk to and voice the speakers. For example, you can enable Google Assistant by saying "Hey Google", where after the speaker is listening and waiting for your command. You can ask for the weather, set alarms, ask for a specific track or something else to be played. The possibilities are many when Google Assistant and/or Alexa are integrated.

However, a smart speaker does not have to have the aforementioned feature to be smart. Speakers from, for example, Sonos, are smart in a slightly different way. Since you can control the devices through an application on all your devices, be it a smartphone, tablet or computer. From there, you can get more devices to play together, listen to thousands of radio stations, or play music from Spotify, Tidal or another streaming service. Newer Sonos models also have support for the aforementioned assistants. Also, many smart speakers also come with built-in Bluetooth, so you can easily connect and get started listening.
